Cancellation
Policy.
In consideration of the community, 24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A cancelled or missed appointment with less than 24 hours notice will attract a fee of $50. Payment of this fee will be invoiced to you and must be paid before being able to attend or schedule further appointments.
To help you keep track of appointments, we will send an email upon booking, and an SMS the day before your appointment.
