Herbal Medicine.

Traditional Chinese Medicine has been used for thousands of years to restore balance within the body. During a herbal consult, my job involves picking from over 400 different herbs consisting of roots, flowers, bark, berries, leaves, shells and minerals to tailor a formula specifically for you.

During your appointment we will talk about which form of herbs will be the most appropriate for you to take. See below for the different options.

Herbal Medicine appointments are available online. This will include an in-depth holistic health assessment, diagnosis and tailored treatment plan and diet +lifestyle advice where necessary. We will then express post your herbs to your front door for your convenience.

Raw.

Herbs in their purest form. These herbs are boiled into a decoction/tea at home. Raw herbs can have a unique taste and take a little longer to prepare, however, they have the strongest effect.

Granules.

Granules are raw herbs that have been concentrated and granulated into powder form. At home, you simply dissolve the granules in some warm water. These can be more convenient than raw herbs and are much easier to travel with.

Capsules.

Capsules or pills are also available, usually in a patent formula. This doesn’t always allow for modifications and the effects are not as strong as the raw or granule herbs. They do offer options for those who cannot stomach the taste of raw/granule herbs.
